By-pass the limitations of universities and boarding schools

It's very easy.
You just have to register here: http://www.frozenway.com/ and download the soft. You launch it, and choice a server (in your country) and then you can join Teampseak, cod servers or everything.
The only bad point is the bandwith, limited to 128 kbps. But it's enough to speak in Teamspeak, spec, and, well, play a little (with lag but low ping).
An other good free VPN is "Freedom IP" : https://freedom-ip.com/ but you have to register, and there is only 200 account per day. When you have an account, you can't play etc, and have limited fair-use. So, you have to complete 200 captcha or make a little donation. And then you are "confirmed member" (as me XD) and you can use all soft, with 4Mbits/s. It is very nice!
